Description Speaker Acoustic Seal Kit (SASK) The purpose of this kit is to isolate the back-wave of each speaker from the front wave of the speaker. The sound from the back of a speaker is the exact opposite to the sound from the front. If the front and rear sounds meet cancellation will take place and the sound quality will decline noticeably. This kit is designed for one pair of Automotive Loudspeakers providing: (i) 200mm x 200mm egg-crate acoustic damping pads to go behind the speakers to absorb the back-wave (ii) 200mm sealing rings to seal the speakers to the mounting surface so that air doesn’t get past them (iii) frontal barrier rings which seal between the speaker cones and the door panel grille. The frontal barrier rings come in 200mm, 165mm, 130mm, 100mm and 75mm seal sizes
