A big wine that would benefit from some additional time in cellar or decanting prior to serving. Serving: It is recommended to serve Syrah du Liban at around 18°C (64°F) to fully appreciate its complex aromas and flavors. Pairing: Syrah du Liban from Domaine des Tourelles is a big wine that would pair well with bold and flavorful dishes such as grilled meats, game meats, or stews with rich and spicy sauces.
