The way the hitch is mounted on the drawbar causes this. If the bolts on the hitch are too long, you can grind them down to fit as necessary.This hitchlock fits on some Ifor Williams trailers and other unbraked trailers, where the maximum height of the hitch, including bolts and drawbar is 73mm.
