Set, Pipe, Stainless, Full Race System, Round Carbon Silencer, ZXR400L This race system has been specifically developed for the Kawasaki ZXR400L models (L1 up to L9) and has been designed for optimum performance. Linked header pipes for better cylinder filling efficiency over a wide rpm range, and a 4-1 collector allowing maximum power and tuning potential. Made from TIG welded  stainless steel sections throughout, with all joints secured by springs. It uses a  450 mm long carbon round silencer to keep sound to a minimum. As well as the improved performance, it saves weight over the stock system and of course, it looks awesome. Compatibility: This exhaust can be installed on a bike fitted with the stock or with race bodywork and with or without the passenger pegs installed. The oil cooler system can be retained. No modifications required. Please add EXDK-0003 to your cart if you wish it to be included in your order Flashing the ECU on this Ninja is a very common modification, and recommended for maximum power. See dyno graph to compare the EXPS-1167 system against OEM. A nice clean gain of 8hp! Our system also allows you to choose between either the standard M12 lambda sensor or any M18 wideband sensor, such as those used for ECU tuning, by way of a sensor adapter that fits to the M18 sensor bung welded to the TYGA tail pipe.   NOTECarbon Exhaust Stay TYLY-0336 as shown on photos is optional and not included.
